DFD

DFD. It's finally here. Well, it's almost here. Hell, it's close enough.

Diaper Free Day.

The youngest is potty trained, so out go the diapers. Cloth diapers, that is.

I've tried to use cloth diapers for all of my kids. The daycare and caregivers weren't big fans, and we used disposables when they slept, but my leaning and preference was, and is, cloth. I like the convenience (you never run out), the material (cotton not chemicals), and the cost (buy once, use forever).

Still, as much as I love cloth diapers, I love potties even more! Less laundry, less mess, and less stuff.

The best part, I've already made $90 selling some all-in-one diapers, and diaper covers on the second hand market (http://www.usedeverywhere.com). Diapers and covers that I, myself, bought second hand. I tell you, these things are indestructible! Try selling used disposables second hand. And I still have more to sell.

I know, they're not for everyone, but I'm a completely biased fan ... then again, I'm an even bigger fan of DFD!
